Clemson has offered 3-star 2016 safety and Florida commit Spencer Perry from Bradenton, Florida on Wednesday according to his twitter account.
Perry plays for powerhouse IMG Academy and teammates with Clemson commits T.J. Chase and Rahshaun Smith.
