The Clemson baseball program is forced to do something has not done in over two decades and that is find a new Head Coach. Let’s take a look at some possible replacements.
The Clemson baseball program will have to make a decision on a replacement Head Coach in the upcoming weeks, a task they have not had to do for over two decades. As a matter of fact, Clemson has only had two coaches since the year 1958 when they hired Coach Bill Wilhelm. That is a total of 57 years combined Coach Wilhelm and Leggett have coached the Clemson baseball team.
Most of us do not even know what a baseball coaching search looks like, but let’s take a look at some possible replacements for Coach Leggett that would be tangible and, hopefully, successful hires by the Clemson Athletic Department.
