Clemson has processed 53,952 season tickets and an overall renewal rate of over 92 percent through close of business Wednesday, the athletic ticket office announced. The school record for season ticket sales is 55,453, set in 2007.
In the lower bowl seating area, the renewal rate is over 97 percent, with only a total number of 258 customers yet to renew in 2015. Conversely, the ticket office has received requests from 4,965 customers for seat changes and improvements.
The Tigers will open up the season on September 6 when they host the Wofford Terriers and then will host Appalachian State the next week, each game at 12:30 p.m. Other home games include Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Boston College, Florida State, and Wake Forest.
With the high demand of season tickets and in an effort to accommodate as many Clemson fans as possible, the athletic department and IPTAY also introduced a series of new ticket packages, including the “All-In Package” a full seven-game, non-renewable (2015 only) ticket. The upper-level tickets are comprised of a portion of the ticket block guaranteed as part of the agreement with the University of South Carolina, a larger block than required for any home contest this year. The “All-In Package” will be available for sale to IPTAY donors on June 17, with remaining inventory on sale to the general public on July 1.
If you are interested in one of these packages or buying football tickets, you should contact the Clemson Athletic Department.
Additionally, Clemson is offering four-, three- and two- game packages along with a family four-pack for the opening two weekend contests. Full details can be found online at ClemsonTigers.com or by calling 1-800-CLEMSON.
