Former Clemson pitcher suspended 50 games

Former Clemson left-handed pitcher Daniel Moskos has been suspended 50 games by the minor league’s drug program because of a second violation of a positive drug test.
Moskos is currently not with a major league team and his suspension will begin when he signs with a team.
In 2014, he has 1-0 with a 6.75 ERA for Triple-A Albuquerque (Dodgers farm system).
Mosko was drafted with the #4 overall pick by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 2007 MLB Draft. He signed for a $2,475,000 signing bonus. Back in 2007, he was the highest Clemson selection since Kris Benson was taken first and Billy Koch was taken fourth, in the 1996 draft.
He had a 10-12 record with a 3.05 ERA and 143 strikeouts in 144 2/3 innings in his three-year collegiate career.
