Watson Named South Carolina Collegiate Player of the Year

Greenville, S.C.—Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson has been named the 2015 Collegiate Player of the Year by the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame.  The announcement was made Wednesday night in Greenville, S.C by Hall of Fame President David Wyatt and Hall of Fame member and former NFL coach Sam Wyche.  Watson became the first college player at the FBS level to accumulate 4,000 yards passing and 1,000 yards rushing in leading Clemson to the championship…
