ACC Tournament Overview

DURHAM, NC – Clemson begins play Wednesday at 11 in this year’s ACC Baseball Tournament.  TCI gives an overview of  the ACC Tournament.

Worth Noting
Clemson and Virginia are the only two schools to appear in every single ACC Tournament.
The Tigers nine titles are tied, with Georgia Tech, for the most all-time as they have been to the finals in 21 of the previous 41 tournaments.
In the 18 previous tournaments held in the state of North Carolina, Clemson is 10-16 in eight tournaments in Durham, 17-9 in five tournaments in Chapel Hill (with one title), 4-5 in three tournaments in Greensboro, and 7-2 in two tournaments in Raleigh (with one title).
Jack Leggett is the only coach in ACC history to have won a tournament championship as a first-year coach (1994).
