Clemson offered rising-sophomore cornerback Patrick Surtain Jr. from Plantation, Florida according to multiple sources. TigerNet confirmed the offer with Surtain on Wednesday.
The Tigers also offered his teammate and 4-star 2017 running back Kyshaun Bryan at American Heritage high school.
