WKU Baseball hires former Clemson coach

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — WKU has hired 14-year head coaching veteran John Pawlowski as Hilltopper head baseball coach, Director of Athletics Todd Stewart announced Thursday.
Pawlowski has a career record of 505-318 (.614) as head coach at College of Charleston and Auburn, and he has been to 11 NCAA Tournaments as a head coach and assistant coach in his 22-year coaching career. He has coached 75 players who have gone on to play in the professional ranks.
Pawlowski will be introduced as WKU head baseball coach at a press conference today at 3:30 (CT) in the Paul Just Media Room at E.A. Diddle Arena.
