Watson Named AutoNation Offensive Player of the Week by Football Writers Association

Clemson, S.C.—Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson has been named the AutoNation National Offensive Player of the Week by the Football Writers of America.  Watson led Clemson to a 37-27 victory over Syracuse last Saturday.  The Tigers are now 10-0 for the season and ranked No. 1 by Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Poll.  Clemson was No. 1 in the College Football Playoff Poll last week.
